I have actually been nervous about some of my gun purchases in the past.  I reckon this one did not go well, I wonder if it was a TGO'er?

Knoxville Police say a gun deal led to a shooting in East Knoxville on Monday afternoon.

(WBIR - East Knoxville) Knoxville police are investigating a shooting that happened near an East Knoxville park Monday afternoon.

According to KPD, it all began when at least two men went to meet two other men to buy a gun near Morningside Park. During the meeting, the group shot at each other.

Authorities found one of the men in the parking lot of a church on Dandridge Avenue. He had been shot more than one time and was taken to UT Medical Center. A second man who had been shot was later dropped off at Tennova Physicians Regional hospital.

When two of the suspects fled the scene they crashed into a car. The driver of the car they hit was not injured.

Police located another man on Dandridge Avenue and took him into custody for questioning.

I live in Knoxville and will tell you there is no way I would meet anyone In East Knoxville to buy anything. The culture on that side of town is not anything I want to deal with. Especially the Dandridge Avenue area. It's just not a good area of town.

Hey you can't pick and choose if you want a couple dozen Ring of Fire heaters all in the same place. :)

After seeing the gofundme for Mr Outlaw Kenneth Hudson, I have my doubts this is Armslist related.

Remember parks + drugs is +1 felony in TN, so a gun buy gone wrong might be the better story.
