If they want that, I want all of them to pack their bags and get the hell out of no only Tennessee but The United States of America and go the hell back where they came from. Muhammad maybe their gods messenger but he is not mine nor any of my family's. Jesus is Our Messenger to Our GOD so just pack your bags and get the hell out............Not my so humble opinion this time.........

Key point to realize in all this...the talk of religion in question is in a history class.  Kind of hard to discuss the development of the Middle East without dwelling on what they believe and why.  At some point you have to talk about what you're talking about.  I'd expect similar analysis of religious beliefs for the establishment of the Catholic church within the Roman Empire, and the Reformation.

DO NOT GET ME STARTED!!!

The muslims have been working on this for over 30 years, maybe longer.

We home school.

It is a "standard" that is on the test to pass, so far it has to "taught and learned".

Common Core crap

Except that Satan, the great deceiver, has tricked them into thinking he is God... so they really worship Satan, while they think its God.  So he is no messenger of God, but of Satan himself.

They already have a plan that works and that plan is what they are using here. It is just a matter of time before we see Muslim only areas that non Muslims will be attacked in. Non Muslims will be subject to Sharia law in those "muslim zones", just like in Europe. Don't want to believe it will happen here, look at EVERY European country right now and see what will happen here. They have the end game in mind and have been working towards that goal for centuries so they know exactly what they are doing. And what is happening in Europe and most other non Muslim countries will be happening here. They have been making demands for accommodation HERE and we change OUR behavior to keep from upsetting those who are attacking us and our way of life.

We can blame the PC police for all of this. If we could call things for what they are we would not be in as bad of shape as we are.

The Muslim horde WILL take over the United States like Europe and there is nothing we, or anyone else, can do about it so long as we cannot call them what they are.

Question becomes do they teach what Islam currently preaches? Subjugation of non muslims? I remember my history lessons pretty well...Christianity was demonized for raping pillaging and plundering during the medieval period with no counter point to the truth of Christianity.

They teach religion in historical context......christianity included....

If the subject being taught in this history class was Christianity and these kids were told to recite the Lords Prayer, the outrage of the ALCU, parents and the news would be deafening, not to mention the lawsuits!! Even though Christianity predates Islam by more than 600 years.

I'm sorry, do we have any legitimate news sources claiming that children are being forced to recite Muslim prayers, or pledge allegiance to Islam??

Doesn't exist in the way you're thinking.  The text reads... "no religious test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."   SCOTUS has said... In sum, citizens are free to embrace or reject a faith, any support for religion - financial or physical - must be voluntary, and all religions are equal in the eyes of the law with no special preference or favoritism.

And yes, any legitimate source for this story?
