Takedown Shooting Table

Ramjo didn't have a shooting table, and he wanted a table that he could move easily by himself.  We thought about a small lightweight table, or perhaps a table on wheels with a trailer hitch.   After throwing around some ideas, I thought it would be convenient to make a table that could be taken apart and assembled by one person without any tools, and if it could fit in the bed of my truck, that would be a bonus....   So here's what I came up with...  It's four pieces and the top is the heaviest (probably 40-50 lbs that will hopefully get lighter as the pressure treated wood dries out)   And it's surprisingly stable...   Now I just have to build Ramjo one, because I'm keeping this one!   Perhaps I can improve on the overall design a little more.  Feel free to steal this idea or offer any suggestions

I like it Mr. I may have to make me one of those.
Here's an idea though.
I've seen some with a hole cut in the top for an umbrella . No one needs to sweat when shooting......

Perhaps I could rig up some kind of arm to support a golf umbrella...

That's my backup plan if the pressure fitting starts to get sloppy

Sweet setup.  Perfect for shooting in the backwoods.

No one needs to sweat when shooting......

Good luck with that in Tennessee from about April until the end of October.
