My first qc issue with psa

I have ordered several ar15 uppers and various other parts from psa over the last few months. Last night I received the latest upper that I have ordered and I wasn't very pleased with it. It is the 223 wylde upper with the 15 inch free float rail that they were offering a couple of weeks ago. I pulled the upper out of the box and the flash hider was only about half was screwed onto the end of the barrel. Under further inspection the low pro gas block is canted so far to one side that it is making contact with the "free float rail". I emailed psa about this but haven't heard back yet.

They take a while to get back to you but their CS is solid.

Ordered the 7.5" stainless .223 SQR upper from them and the crush washer (?!?!?!) Was missing. It also had the same gas block problem.

It took 2 weeks but they sent me back a brand new one, with an extra BCG, charging handle, and a pistol lower buffer assy with and H2 buffer.

I have thought about just fixing my self instead of sending it back and having to wait. I may still do that . I mainly just wanted psa to know that an upper with a severely canted gas block an half threaded on flash hider somehow made it threw quality control. If it would have stayed on the ups truck much longer the flash hider probably would have fell off in the box because it was so loose.

I had several of their bolt carrier groups where the gas key was not machined enough to remove the cam pin without prying it out. I did not send them back but removed enough form the side of the pin to let it freely install/remove.
