Block issues after Ghost kit install

Recommended Posts

Just installed a Ghost Edge connector and spring kit and am having issues. I am having issues with the slide not going completely into battery after dry firing and racking the slide. Once I release the trigger again it will go into battery. This is happening by slowly riding the slide forwards. If I pull it back and let it go to simulate firing it will go into battery but will fire upon releasing the trigger. Everything is stock except the connector, firing pin spring (6#), trigger spring and safety plunger spring. I have played with bending it in and out and seem to have it where the stock connector rides. The slide itself seems to ride forwards and backwards without catching but this seems to be an issue with how it engages the trigger bar. Any ideas?

Got it figured out. The safety plunger spring wasn't seated and was just laying in the channel. It's all operating smoothly now. Just have to see if I can run the lighter striker spring and still get reliable firing.
