It was for me.

I was EXTREMELY self conscious, too. I cooled down a little bit after seeing another customer back in the auto section with a decent sized go-boomer parked on his hip in proud display. I hung around for a second and realized that no one was paying any attention to him. So, they surely never even gave me a second thought.

No.

They send a voter's registration form with your actual HCP.

Laketrash, of course you don't have to complete it unless you've never registered to vote, or need to update your address for polling location purposes.
