10mm Loads - Unique or Bullseye

Recommended Posts

I just got my G20, and I am going to reload for it. I'll be looking to load it hot and heavy as a woods gun with HC bullets. I have a bunch of Unique and 700x, but I want to try something else. Sounds like 800x and AA7 are good choices.

800X was great for my uses. Cheap too compared to other powders.

I can give you my data if youd like. 180s destroy everything.

Wanted to work up a load for 220grs but never got the chance

Yeah, I'd definately like the load data. Thanks.

I'll check the stores tomorrow for some 800x

Ever find yourself near Clarksville I'll give you a pound and a half for free.

Ill have to dig up my notebook for it tomorrow for the COALs but I was doing 180grs of differing types - HAPs, Berrys RNFPs and Xtreme RNFPs starting at 8.5gr of 800X, worked them up to 9.4gr before starting to see pressure signs. Used every headstamp of 10mm and Win primers

Thanks! I never get up near Clarksville, but that's super cool of you to offer :)

Did you have factory length bbl in your 20 or 6"?

I ran 100% factory when I had it. Some polishing but bonestock.

Never had an opportunity to chrono them but with what they did to steel I know they were flying.

Especially 155gr RNFPs...pure savagery. If you got any other 10mm questions feel free to let me know. I put my fun calibers on the backburner to save money for my most important person in life but ill probably have the powder if you ever do make it near Mid Tenn
