Just wanted to mention that if anyone feeds birds like i do you might want to check out Walmart price on black oil sunflower seeds at $16.75 a 40# bag as of 9/25/15.  That to me was a GOOD price I use a lot of sunflower seed.  I'm not going to tell ya how many feeders I have around here you'd laugh and say I'm crazy. LOL  Not to mention the deer,, turkey,  and all the other critters I feed.

Almost forgot to tell ya that was the walmart in Sevierville...

The walmart here rarely has the big bags of seed.  I typically go to TSC for bird seed.  They almost always have the big bags, they also have the biggest bag of safflower seed I can find (10lb).  And it's an excuse to go to TSC, as I occasionally find other stuff I "need".  :)

Feed the birds!!!!! Gosh that is the story of my life.......  I feed birds and Squirrels year around. I feed Hummingbirds all Summer and i have 10 HB feeders up. I had birds up till about 5 days ago and all at once they are gone again for another year. I will leave the feeders up for any late migrating birds for about 2 more weeks and then will switch over to the seed feeders for my winter time birds. I will put up about 15 extra long tube feeders up for the birds and 6 box feeders for the Squirrels. I have already bought 100 lbs of bird seed and 100 pounds of wild critter mix. Later on when the acorns fall I have a place I can go with my shop vac and pick up about 100 lbs of acorns to mix into the critter mix. That should get me into mid February depending on how hard the Winter is. Except for my Kasey girl, wild critters are my biggest enjoyment. They are a pleasure and so relaxing to just sit and watch.............
