I know you asked about jacketed bullets, but I've loaded and shot thousands of Berry's plated bullets in the past and couldn't have been more pleased.

Another option is powder coated bullets. We cast and PC our own, but Falcon Bullets produce a line called "FalCoated" that are excellent.

I've loaded Berry's ,Xtreme ,and Falcon.I like all of them.Has anyone tried 357 mag with H110 and plated bullets?I've mostly loaded those 3 brands with 38's.I have some Falcoated 158 grain 38's that I may try with some H110 to see what they do.Falcon told me they had push them to 2200 FPS and they were accurate.I shoot the biggest part of my 38/357s out of rifles. It wouldn't surprise me at all that they'll hold up at those velocities. I've only run our PC'd bullets at 1300 fps in 9mm and had no issues.

 

I believe Dolomite has run PC'd bullets much faster if memory serves.

 

Falcon is a good resource as well. Very helpful folks in my experience.

I really like RMR's plated bullets. That's what I've been using for 9mm and .38 for the past two years.

I have a bunch of their Plated Match bullets here, but haven't had a chance to load and shoot any to see how they compare with their original plated. RMR has excellent service and great prices.
