Ammo collection and display?

I’ve thought about trying to start a collection to have at least 1 live round of every different round made. I’m sure that would be in the hundreds if not over a thousand. Getting some of the rounds not in production anymore could be tough. But has anyone started it; or done it?

Sounds like a very neat idea. Post some pics if you decide to do it.

1 live round of every caliber ever made or one live example of every round? The first would be huge, the second would probably make Jerry Miculeks ammo shelf look puny in comparison. Staggering might be the right word. :D

Saw those yesterday too. I'll take a replica if I can find a single. My rifle doesn't fire so a replacement will do.
