As far as the names you think you would like such as Pawpaw or Peepaw. None of that stuff works. Take it from a guy that knows. I have 7 grandchildren and each of them gave me a different pet name, beginning with Peep paw and then it went to Pawpaw, Ganpaw, Grandpaw, Gramps, Mepaw and last one now calls me Grandfather and he is now 8. Came late in life to my son and his wife. Their other two boys are 24 and 22 and both have daughters or their own.

My brother is called Ganky by his 2 1/2 grand daughter. I told him if someone called me Ganky I would have to check if I forgot my deodorant that day. :)
