And people are suggesting charges against the parent for the child having easy access to the gun.

I guess they would rather have had the child raped, kidnapped or killed instead.

The people (libs) are probably disturbed because the 11year old isn't affected by the tide of PC which in turn puts more criminals (libs) at risk for being held accountable for their actions.

I would think it is not going to be terribly difficult for the police to figure it out.  I am not so sure 11 year olds can tell the same lie over and over again.  

 

If he is lying he will trip himself up.

Seen the story on Fox news this morning, just linked the first news story that popped up on google.

Hmmm. 16 year old neighbor who's tried to break into the house on previous occasions. Wonder if he was ever charged for any of that? Mom buys handgun for famlies protection based upon past break in attempts. 11 year old and 16 year old have verbal confrontation of the porch. 16 year old gets his head ventalated. I'd say that there's quite a bit more to the story here.

Fox news article said the 16yo was found inside the house in the foyer.  If he was shot in the head it should be pretty easy to figure out if he was shot out on the porch or inside.

Based upon circumstances on the porch or inside the foyer could be equally defensible. The events taking place on the porch are of interest though. It wouldn't be the first outer entrance way confrontation that became an inside the entrance way shooting. Given the age of the shooter I don't see it becoming a grand jury presentment. I do foresee further trouble though.
