Great WWII Documentary

I have a lot of interest in WWII and have watched a ton of documentaries, most of which has been around for a long time.

 

I came across a new one on Netflix streaming that was awesome - thought I would share so those interested can see it.

I have to second this.  I really enjoy learning anything about the wars our country has been in.  When I saw the title of this, I thought it was going to be some cheesy low budget fictional BS.

 

However I only had minor disagreements with it and over all I highly recommend it. 

 

Watched it a month ago, advised co workers to watch it.  Don't know why I didn't advertise it here.

I'll watch just about anything about WWII or any other military documentary for that matter. I'm disappointed I missed this. I'm guessing it'll re-air to give me another shot at it.

Short film - they have a suggested ticket price, but you can watch or use for free if you're inclined.

 

The video/interactive setup provide an excellent visualization of the human costs of WW2 in comparison to previous and current wars around the world.

Runco, Yes, that's the right title.

 

For those who aren't familiar with Netflix's streaming service.  It's $8.75 per month and is like a huge movie / TV show library.  You don't have to wait for shows to come on TV. They are always there.

 

There are many, many great military history documentaries on Netflix and Amazon.  Amazon Prime members have Amazon Streaming included in their pricing.
