Fellow Business Executives:

As the CFO of this business that employs 140 people, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barrack Obama will be our next President, and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way.

To compensate for these increases, I figure that our Clients will have to see an increase in our fees to them of about 8% but since we cannot increase our fees right now due to the dismal state of our economy, we will have to lay off up to eight of our employees instead. This has really been eating at me for a while, as we believe we are family here, and I didn't know how to choose who will have to go.

So, this is what I did. I strolled thru our parking lot and found 8 Obama bumper stickers on our employees' cars and have decided these folks will be the first to be laid off. I can't think of a more fair way to approach this problem. These folks wanted change so I am going to see to it that they get it.

If you have a better idea, let me know.

Sincerely,

Peter Gordon

CFO

My wife was telling me today that one of her co-workers was charged a .50 cent drive thru fee at a restaurant in TX. A local Mexican restaurant in Maryville, TN is now charging an extra $2 for your 2nd basket of chips and salsa. Several other restaurants (Little Italy, Calhoun's, and I'm sure others) have quit serving bread. I know most of these "changes" are due to the current economic situations, but I can't wait to see what else will disappear or what other additional charges will be applied to the consumers bill once Obama is able to tax the rich and the wealthy businesses more.......Now that's a fair change, don't cha think?

I've already noticed a few places in Nashville only bring you bread if you ask for it.
