Looking for info on Center Hill Lake

Folks, I'm looking for info about how the dam repair affected property values on Center Hill Lake.

If anyone here is a realtor or appraiser I'd like to have a chat with you.

Up here in NE TN we've got a problem with repairing Boone Lake, so I'm trying to find some market data to see how this may affect lakefront property values.

This will likely be of little help but here goes.  I'm not familiar with Boone lake but Center Hill has little privately owned property surrounding it.  The Corps of Engineers does not issue dock permits and does not allow the old permits to be transferred when the property is sold if I understand correctly.  I believe that there are now less than a dozen private docks remaining on Center Hill.  Therefore, it will likely be difficult to get accurate information that is relative to your situation.  I do know that Wolf Creek Dam in Kentucky has had issues for years and if it gives it will wipe out tons of houses along Old Hickory Lake.  I don't think that property values around Old Hickory have suffered a bit, if anything they have gone through the rood in the past 10 years.
