I just finished up my AR9 pistol and am extremely happy with the way it turned out. It came in under $675.e460ba470f1810056d73fdc3398ea2b0.jpg

I hate you I hate you I hate you. I'm currently getting into my own build using a Quarter Circle 10 lower and you just threw gas on that fire. Is that PSA's mag block?

The build is all PSA with the exception of the new style Magpul Furniture. Is a PSA mag block with a ramped bolt. I still haven't decided on what I want to use for a backup sight.

What kinda stock-ish buffer tube attachment thing is that?

It is a Thordsen Custom set up. I went with it because you can use a standard extension which is cheaper than a pistol extension.

I was contemplating building a 20" 5.56 but I really think I'd like one of these for a truck gun if I can build it cheap that cheap. What's the mag capacity? 30?

I have some 20 and 32rd mags. They do make a 10rd also. If you use the standard furniture it came with

it would come in under $550 with magazine..

I'm pulling together parts for a 9mm SBR.

Anderson lower, PSA mag block, Macon Armory 5.5in upper with 10in Evo rail, LWRC UCIW, and will have a 6in 9mm can on it.

Gonna be pimp.

I got it to the range on Friday. It ran like a champ. Would not feed only one typeof hollow point. Ran into member D-Mark and shot the bull. He had a couple of very nice AR 9's with him. I ended up with a new extra 9mm ramped bolt that I will be posting up for sale soon in the classifieds. Edited by R1100R

Glad to hear the good news on your build.

I've got a 10.5 9mm upper coming from PSA. Thought I'd cheat on a complete upper and look towards building the lower with some help.

The more I read on it, the more I like the QuarterCirlce10 lowers. Seems to have a good rep for building a Glock mag based pistol.

If I were to build an AR9 it would have to feed from Glock mags. Cause I have a lot of them, including a Beta Mag.

The Quarter Circle 10 looks to be a good choice.

This might be my next build.

Dammit.

Go for it. After all my recent buying, it may be a while before my parts orders. Then again....
