Randomly logged out

I browse TGO from a few devices but I've noticed that my laptop at the house seems to sign me out randomly. If i log in, I can shut down Chrome, relaunch and still remain logged in but after a bit i'll suddenly need to sign in again.

I log into Chrome, so my settings are copied across all platforms. I also allow cookies. It's likely just this laptop but figured I would ask if anyone else is experiencing this same issue or if there was a "quick answer".

More of a nuisance than a problem

I always check the box to stay logged in but sometimes I have to sign back in.

I just figure it's the forum software. We aren't supposed to know this but....Less than a year after David created this place, at 2:14 am Eastern time on August 29 something weird happened here at TGO. ....but I've said too much already. Edited by Caster

Yeah the box is most certainly checked. Same result while it's unchecked. Strangely enough my other PC's are never logged out. Same version of chrome, same login. I presume it has to be related to this windows profile. Just not sure why.

I haven't yet deployed my google-foo, but I may have too.

Mine has been doing the same thing. Naturally I blamed liberals, commies, and anyone who eats GoGurt (yogurt you drink from a tube? Feels like something is afoot there, but I digress). I was wondering if it was me logging into my phone and the computer. Maybe it's Tapatalk.

I was going to suggest Tapatalk, I get logged out occasionally but more often the Tapatalk screen pops up suggesting I use it to access TGO.  I stay logged in during, but it pops up often enough to make it annoying.
