MIA Flag Racist????

I heard they were under orders not to retaliate. I wish some 4-star had a backbone then and told the troops to defend themselves against whatever disease those dirty Marxist hippy types had back then. A trip to the ER with a few broken bones is what they deserved.

My dad and I went downtown a few years ago. We were on 3rd or 4th or something at church street and he starts laughing and at some point not long after he got back from VN he was stationed down at Memphis. He came home for a few days with 2 buddies. They were driving through downtown and at that corner 2 dudes said some derogatory things about them from the side of the road, so they got out and beat the sh!t out of them. He was still laughing about it 40 years later.

Mine reads WO Dean E. Clinton 6/11/1967 U.S. Army. This is the third one of his I've had, when they get old and break I send for another with his name on it. I feel the same way about being buried with it.

It would be awesome if the tape they used was made of actual ducks.

Now that is some funny stuff right there. Needed a good laugh this morning.

BTW, it has always been said that the victors are the ones who right the history. Right now THEY think, and are acting like, they are the victors and are trying to erase all the history they do not agree with. At some point, in the not to distant future, there will be a time when people will be amazed at the sight of a confederate flag like people who are amazed by 8 track tapes at a yard sale. It is a part of US history and to forget or try to hide it takes away from all those heroes who fought in our only civil war. Those that fought in the civil war are just as much of a hero as any service member before or since. So removing the confederate flag from out history is also removing the flag a lot of fallen heroes fought, and died, for.
