buffer tube question

First, are the buffer spring and buffer any different between milspec and commercial, or just the tube?

Second, I might want to switch some buffer tubes between some of my rifles to move the stocks around commercial/milspec etc. The commercial size tube is on a dpms that I have had for years and shot several thousand rounds through. The milspec is on a psa that I just put together with 200ish rounds through it. If I can, should I just switch the buffer tubes and keep the spring and buffer with it's original rifle, or does it even matter? Both rifles function flawlessly, so if I have a problem, I can undo it, but asking questions here usually saves alot of headaches. Thanks, Brooks

Springs and buffers are same specs. The tubes have same I.D., only O.D. is different due to manufacturing method.
