Guess Regal didn't really want their name on a gun store and range.

Last time I was there they had a counter full of .22LR, I bought 2 boxes of 100-count  Remington Golden Bullet and 1 box of 100 count Winchester for around $10. per box.

Yep. Last I heard is that the ranges should be open in October (but could be November).

The store is nice and well stocked at (mostly) reasonable prices.

I'm trying to work at buying another carry gun in a couple/few months, i've looked at a few but my choice probably would'nt be considered the most practical to many. I really took a good look at the old school style Remington R1 1911.  :)

I stoppped there last week while driving from Knoxville to Memphis.  Got several boxes of ammunition and will stop there again on the next trip across TN.

Update: I called today for a status. They hope to have the ranges open by the beginning of January.

I ran into one of the workers at Wendy's in October and he said they were shooting for late November to mid December, so it keeps moving. He said the delays were partly because of the usual construction/permit issues, but also because the owners keep adding/changing the plans to make it better. I sure hope it's worth waiting for. I need a place to shoot that's not a 45-60 minute drive each way. Right now they could probably open up with some piles of dirt and broken wood pallets out back and have people lined up out the door.
