Sharp carry sights

So I have a set of Trijicon night sights on my Glock 29 that is my dominant carry gun.  They are very sharp and dig into my rib cage, especially when riding in the car.  They are sloped in two dimensions (up and back) that creates a point.  I am not afraid to hit the edge with a file, but I am concerned about changing the sight picture. obvioiusly re-blacking the area would be necessary, but do yall have any thoughts on this?

Option A. Which is my recommendation is to purchase another carry holster with a wider protective sweat guard. That will take care of the sights digging into you and avoid having to radius the sides.

Option B. Is to have the rear sights melted a bit removing the sharp edges. This is simply dehorning them via judicious metal removal.

Option C. Go to an OWB holster.

Beyond this it breaks down into going with a different set of sights or a different gun.

Thanks for the tips, FYI, this is an OWB Raven Concealment holster.  It just ridge real close and high.

Is it possible to replace the backer with more leather?

Removing material from the sight isn't that big of a deal. If you are ever in my area I can help you or you can use my tools to do it yourself.

10 minutes with a Swiss file followed up with a black sharpie.

That is almost exactly what I do with all of my HD sights. They are brutal to carry but great to shoot. I went to Lowes and bought a small file kit and then went back with a sharpie. It doesn't take much, just round the back corners off. Didn't change the sight picture.

Sidenote, what holster do you carry your 29 in? I carry my 19/43, but I would like an IWB option for my 29.

I am using a Raven Concealment OWB. I am not a fan of IWB holsters. The Raven rides high and close. If I have to tuck my short in I carry a pocket gun.
