Who can fit a stock?

So I got a nice walnut stock and handguard for my engraved Rossi 92 from Precision Gun Works. Let's just say the stock was very rough and not as close a fit as I had hoped. Finally got it to work, but the handguard is way off. PGWs owner is not helpful to put it politely. Any one know someone who can fit the handguards for me? Beyond my told and abilities.

I know someone that makes stocks but I have no clue if they would/could do this.

Sam Hoster does a lot of stock work. We are here 9-5 Mon, Thu, Fri. Tuesdays are blueing and parkerizing day we leave around 1-2.  Wen. is golf day.Guns can be dropped off with The pawn shop. Monday Saturday 9-5. Asherbranner's Range is open 9-4 Mon-Sat except when permit classes are going on.
