Man that looks like fun. My work schedule is going to keep me away right now. Hopefully I can attend these events in the near future.

Its pretty hot out do you have AC in that building?  Is it a heads up type of matches or will there be classes?

Mag capacity? Major minor scoring?

Time plus points, no minor major. Just a good ole fashion celebratory hosefest. Depending on division there could be round limitations (Stock limited to 10 +1)

AC all the way! There will be classes, but never rule out the chance for some man vs man stages...

We will run a bracket setup those nights and winner take all. Prizes will be involved!

It'll really be pushing it for me to get there in time, but I'm gonna do my best. I've never shot an indoor match should be interesting. Now SSTK or one of my eaa's

I say make the 2nd place prize cooler than the 1st place and just go ahead and give the 1st place to Master Coop.

Any restriction on type of ammo? Like hard cast lead bullets?

Unless your shooting black powder or API rounds run what you usually run

My shift will change in about three weeks and I should be able to attend. Seems like a laid back fun environment that is newb friendly? And that is newb as in competition shooting, not guns in general.

What guns are acceptable? I assume service pistols? How about 1911's? What other gear do I need, holster guidelines? Heck maybe I'll just come out and watch one before I try it, I'm sure that would answer a lot of my questions. Edited by 10-Ring

Come out when you can! We are a competitive group but also very new shooter friendly. If a person is safe with firearms they are welcome. If not, we will be glad to provide some instruction for anyone that needs it on a one off or small group basis.

Any safe serviceable handgun is good to go. I'd recommend 3 mags and a good OWB or IWB (for your carry gun practice) and 3 mag carriers. Let me know what you are shooting, as most likely we have the equipment you would need if you don't have it. A 1911 is a great choice. Many shoot Glock, Springfield, ect. You don't need a race gun, but they are welcome too.

You are welcome to come watch anytime, but watching STINKS!!! Bring a gun, mags, ect (or email me and let me know what you need) and come out and play when you can.
