Davidson's Gallery of Guns?

Have any of you ever purchased a gun through Davidson's Gallery of Guns?  Was it a smooth transaction?  Did you pay exactly what you expected to pay, or were there any additional charges that weren't spelled out directly in the Gallery of Guns price breakdown?  How do local dealers feel about handling Davidson's transactions?  If you had to use the Davidson's Lifetime Warranty, did it work the way it was supposed to?

 

Lot's of questions... Any experience y'all could share would be much appreciated.

I used to be a dealer and sold guns through Davidson's gallery of guns. The dealer programs his markup into davidsons website and when you order Davidson's sends the gun right out to him. I always tried to find another gun or two to add to the shipment to save a little on shipping costs. I didn't make a lot of money on the guns but lots of the time the customers liked my service and came back and bought a gun from me later or picked up ammo when they got their gun. Davidson's sends a warrenty card with the gun. Be sure to fill itout and send it in. If they can not repair your gun, they replace it. Seemed to work pretty well.

I've bought from them at least twice and there were no surprises, no hidden fees.  All went smoothly and I'd do it again.  I haven't had to use their warranty.

I have bought a few through them as well, I always try to use them first they have a no Bullshit lifetime warranty and stand by it

I worked a part time job in a friends gun store, long since closed now, were we occasionally used Davidson's and known other gun shops do the same. As best I recall  they were ok, not the best prices but good service and turn around time.

I intentionally ordered my EAA from Davidson's due to their warranty. They cost a little more, but it was worth it in that case. EAA has horrible customer service/ warranty work.

I've used them as well. No issues and been happy with pricing that I got. But that's been a year or so ago. Maybe things have changed?

Same here no issues to speak of; price was slightly higher than the likes of Bud's Gun Shop but they didn't have and DGG did.....

The gunshop I frequent off Watt Rd above Lenior City uses them. I ordered my stock 2 on Monday and have it in my greedy little paws today.
