Well the other day I gave my Tavor the best trigger I have ever used and in the process I cosmetically damaged the sling attachment lock, it is plastic and using vise grips to tighten it I made a mess of it. I sent an email to IWI USA  for them to give me an estimate of the price to replace this part. Today I got a reply saying that the part has shipped at zero cost to me!

 

I explained that I damaged it due to my negligence in my original email to them and they did not even charge me for shipping, these guys Rock! 

 

I am just spreading the word for this great company, that is how you treat a customer :usa:
