While everybody fusses about this and that, comparing episodes and whole seasons, whatever .. I'll just say I've enjoyed the whole thing plenty enough to keep watching. And that's quite a bit actually, as I'm not all that keen on ongoing serial type productions in the first place.

I'll give the "Fear the Walking Dead" a chance but it doesn't look as gritty to me.

I think the season 6 trailer is meant to make you think one thing and then they'll mind ---- you and go a total different route. Morgan is going to have issues with what Rick did at the end of the season. However, I think that a majority of what was shown will be dealing with "the wolves". The shot of Rick yelling at someone, I'm betting it's a wolf and not a major player. Either way, October is just too long to wait.

Actually, I'm more into seeing the new series. I think it has an interesting cast, and the story from the beginning, as it were, is a great idea.

Also liked the promo for Into the Badlands.

Haven't seen that, I'll have to YouTube it. We stream everything we watch here, no cable out this far.

We weren't even fans of TWD but we binge watched all 4 seasons on Netflix. We were hooked after 3 episodes. Even purchased season 5 on Amazon to be caught up and ready for season 6.

I haven't gotten into online/cloud or whatever for buying saving my movies/tv episodes.

I know, it makes no difference. The massive EMP attacks will wipe out all the electronic devices and internet anyway.

Really I only do it because it's our only option. We could do satellite but I refuse to sign contracts for service were rates change. Just seems too squirrelly. They're running fiber optic lines out here (which shocked me), so maybe soon we can have cable. I hope.

A lot was left out of the original with Rick being in a coma then they jump to, more or less, the middle of the apocalypse.  I'm interested in seeing the progression of the disease as long as they don't drag it out through more than 1 or 2 episodes.

Read the other day where the series writers said there won't be any explanations of where, when or how the zombie flu began ...

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but with almost everyone in the world dead and turned wouldn't the people in the walking dead universe be dead by now from nuclear fallout from the nuclear plants melting down spreading fallout?
