Stalker was good but super buggy. Clear Sky was more of how the first game should have been but felt like a waste of money as it was just far to similar for my tastes. I also tend to dislike prequels as it makes everything feel pointless from a story point of view.

CoD4 single player was great. The multiplayer was almost good except for the darn nade drop on death.

yeah martrdom and last stand people suck but you just have to live with it. I always played HC and the server i frequented had the heli nerfed.

I'd like to try Left 4 Dead too, I've heard great things about it. On the real games note, every once in a while if we're not too hung over on Sunday we'll bust out Risk and waste the entire day. And if you guys post your info on the other thread I'll be sure to update it.

Left 4 Dead demo is now on steam for those that have not ordered the game yet. Downloaded this evening and will be checking it out this weekend. I thought the game looked a little too much run and gun but we will see.
