That's not that great of an idea.   If you go on that logic the gun laws in the Communist stats count as ANYWHERE and we certainly don't want those laws EVERYWHERE.

Yeah, but those laws don't follow in line with constitutional law.  They are building their case on the fact that this is their constitutional right.  Take away one constitutional right, take them ALL away.

I find this very funny about grass. The Federal government says it is illegal to sell, grow use or buy but some states make it legal and the federal government doesn't go after the states. But, the Federal government says gay marriage is legal and will force states that have made it illegal to comply. Just saying
