Glock 43, Taran Tactical +1 and +2 baseplates, Ameriglo Spartan night sights. My new favorite CCW pistol.

Good looking set up, thumbs up on the sight selection BTW! The base plates are a good ideal as well and while not a new ideal or concept that particular set is appealing. I'll bear them in mind when I eventually decide to purchase the G-43 I'm foot dragging about. As an aside question did you retain an original magazine and baseplate for more concealed carry or is the plus 1 baseplate the smallest you can comfortably handle and shoot with that particular pistol?

I can shoot the standard baseplate, but I prefer the +1. It's just barely bigger than the standard.

I like those Taran Tactical base plates, but they are rarely in stock. I had no problem getting all the magazines that I wanted. Very nice setup you have.

One of these days I am going to get to shoot a 43 and then likely buy one.  Thanks for the heads up on the baseplates.  I don't pay much attention to Glock aftermarket these days.

I'm on a wait list for a 43 through the blue lable program from my LGS.

How do you like the night sights? They aren't coming with factory ones yet, and may not be for a while. So I'll most likely be looking for a good set of aftermarket ones.

Those baseplates are cool! I can't believe I've never seen those before. Good stuff.

I really like the sights....the front sight pops when shooting fast. So far, the base plates are 100% functional.

Are the baseplates a different color than the frame?

Yes, they are grey instead of black.  They have black ones as well, but I chose the grey.

The Edge connector really makes the 43 shine making the trigger a consistent pull from start to finish.

Whuch Edge connector? Cause the regular one is a waste of money. I heard the Pro was better.

I didn't know they had two models of the edge connector. The one I felt had a Kahr like trigger; it was a consistent 5-6lbs the entire pull.

Nice setup you have there. I still prefer my Glock 19 but the 43 is a neat little gun. I like those sights.
