Carsen Arms anyone?

I am looking at a .380 auto, the guy just has a picture of it. He says it is a "Carsen Arms", but I have never heard of them, and nothing came up on google? Any help would be great.

Ok dorks, I have been at work all dang day. He sent a pic to my cell phone, and said it was a carseon arms. Again, I had never heard of em, but I am a nub!! I have no pic, because the one on my phone is gone. It wasn't the Karh you should though OS, it wasn't that nice looking. Plus it is about 5 or 6 years old. Ohh well, he could't get me any info either, so it's on to another buyer...heh...
