Liberty Ammunition Civil Defense

Has anyone used this ammo?  It is a lightweight bullet traveling around 2000 fps.  It's available in a variety of calibers.

Well,

 

double the mass = double the energy

double the velocity = quadruple the energy

 

So here you've got a case of lowering the mass, but increasing the velocity. It will require math I don't have for comparison. :)
