There is a large percentage of Puerto Rican people where I live and from conversations with them it seems P.R is riddled with corruption and controlled by cartel type families. 

 

Just because this is the new law doesn't mean the local LEO's there will abide by it. I don't think I would want to be a test case there honestly. It is supposed to be a great place to visit though.

This is just another indication that this ridiculous message that the obama administration/liberal media keeps harping on isn't sticking...Over the past few years, 45 states out the 50(and now PR) have passed laws that EXPANDED firearms rights.

 

Gun control message is effectively dead folks...Especially now since obama has for the most part tipped his hand a bit too far...Most people are realizing(yes, even most liberals) that the obama administration isn't after "common sense gun control"...They want the guns, all of them, banned...As much as liberals would like to see a gun control bill, the majority of them aren't ready to simply give up their constitutional rights, even when one of them rights isn't one they exercise...
