Concur but I expect things to progressively worsen for police officer. It's gearing up to be the 1960's and early 1970's level of violence against police. Unfortunantly stuff like this plays right into the hands of government and agitators.

These issues seem to be centered around the same inner city areas. As police stop being proactive in these areas the population will just be screaming for more of them. I do feel sorry for good cops in these areas.

The news said he used a fully auto gun, but the gunfire that I heard sounded like semi. For sure he was a nut case, they said he was blaming the cops for losing his son. What was very disturbing was a CNN news commentator said the shooter was courageous for attacking the cops. The van was reportedly bought off of E-bay as a zombie attack van.

I have to agree with most of your post EO but I need to ask you one question. Is any bad guys ever really smart to begin with? Except for Whitey Boldger who managed to avoid recapture for over 35 years after his escape?...................... :shrug: :shrug: :shrug:
