I heard they don't need a fence anymore though...

Not that wasn't funny, but I thought we were talking about the white trash female fight at Walmart...   :)

Can't walk and has to use the wheelchair, but can jump out of her seat and fist fight. Yup. Typical. :shake:

Where is the rule written that says you have to not be able to walk to use a motorized cart? How do you get to the cart to begin with? My wife had a broken knee but could walk, and she used the cart several times.

But as far as the video goes, this is a good example of why I avoid Walmart as much as possible.

I saw this the other day. Sad state of affairs our country is in when you have people afraid to intervene in something for fear of lawsuits.

And that mother needs to lose her kid.

I have to wonder if anyone was thinking that though. I got the vibe that some of those folks were just enjoying the show. Not saying I would have done anything other than call the police because I wouldn't have. I just feel like I'd need to do something to show that little kid that what was going on was not normal or acceptable.

There;s a woman in the background who tells the guy not to break it up out of the fear of being involved in a lawsuit. It's in the second video towards the end.

Apparently the mother of the boy has been charged with contributing to delinquency (a misdemeanor) and neglect of a dependent (a felony

Ahhhh. Well I guess now I'll have to admit that I watched it with no sound.  :surrender:

I wouldn't jump in.  Unless I'm attacked, or there is a danger of serious injury/death, I'm staying out.  Yeah, the lawsuit aspect is valid, but it's really none of my business, and separating two fighting women is asking for trouble.

Besides, they both look like they can use the exercise a fight brought.

Break it up? Hell I'd be giving odds and taking bets lol. I avoid Walmart as much as possible just due to the sheer stupidity of the general public there. But if two grown ups wanna fight, let them fight. To bad the kid was involved

The mom of that kid is one day going to be asking, "Where did I go wrong?"

No, she'll never ask that question. It will be because the boy "fell in with the wrong crowd" or "the schools didn't do their job." It would never be her fault.
