CZ 75 B Compact

Recommended Posts

Had one years ago and let it get away from me. So today I picked up a new from Guns & Leather in Greenbrier.

Put about 200 rounds thru it with out ant problems and pretty accurate. I am having to get use to the trigger since I now a days shoot 1911 type pistols.

While at it I also shot my RIA 1911 9mm, love the RIA.

Sorry no pics but it is just a smaller size black pistol.

After having had 5 or 6 CZ 75/85s over the years I can empathize. I often feel I need a single action CZ 75 but after having had both a Dan Wesson Pointman 9 and a Sig X-Five Tactical I suspect I would shoot it a few times, call it a fun heavy range gun, then trade or sell it.  About the only way I would get another SA 9mm would be if I could find a 9mm 1911 that my Nelson Custom 1911 .22 Conversion would ride on.

I classify the CZ 75 as one of the iconic handguns of the 20th Century along with the S&W revolver, 1911, BHP, and Glock.

It is one of "those" handguns that I believe everyone should have. Everyone should have a 1911, a 4" .357 revolver, a CZ, a Glock...

The CZ platform is one of the greatest of all time. Congrats.

Love my PCR...alloy version of your compact.

Have a big stainless 75 B and a full Kadet 22 too....yes I am a CZ fanboy!

There is just something about CZ ergonomics that works for me.
Everyone should try one once.

Kudos on the new pistol.

I know exactly what you mean about letting one get away. I had a REALLY sweet SP-01 that I sold to a friend in need and regretted it fiercely. He promised if he ever got rid of it he'd give me first crack at it. As luck would have it several years later, he was looking for something different and we worked out a trade. I was very glad to have that CZ back.
