Wow. That's terrible. I watched him and his son "wrestle/act" for years. Dusty was one of my Grandpa's favorites.

RIP Dusty.

69 years old?  He looked that old when I watched him in the 90's as a kid.  Entertaining guy, though.  Condolences to his family and friends.

I can remember him bleeding like a stuck hog! One his best gigs was bleeding from the forehead.

RIP.

You see alot of old timers like him and Rick Flair with a forehead that looks like cottage cheese from where they cut it so many times with that taped up piece of razor blade.

A Saturday afternoon staple of television in Florida when I was growing up. Championship Wrestling from Florida with Gordon Soley announcing. Used to watch him wrestle Haystack Calhoun,Andre The Giant,Great Malenko and other old timers. Wrestling didn't used to be fake back then, it was real!

I think that show must have traveled around. I used to go see them in West Palm Beach when I lived there. They would come around a couple times a year, and all the big named guys would wrestle. Pretty sure I saw Dusty on a number of occasions.

How about Cowboy Bob Kelly, Luthez and more than I can remember. My grandmother used to start out watching wrestling sitting back on the couch and in a minute or two she was sitting on the edge shouting to the referee that the bad tag team was doing some underhanded thing behind his back. Makes me chuckle how she thought all that was real. My dad said he was at a restaraunt and some wrestlers who were supposedly arch enemies had been out eating together. It is all a big show, I haven't watched it in years in fact Hulk Hogan was wrestling when I quit.

WWE put this together and showed it on their PPV tonight.  Very well done and should be like memory lane for some of you older folks.
