It's called a Minimalist and it's made by Mission First Tactical. I have one in battleship gray on one of my ARs. They are SUPER light and very comfy.

sadly, it will NOT balance against a pencil barrel, let alone a normal barrel with a suppressor...the thing only weighs 5.8 oz. That is my only complaint about it. I had hoped to save weight were I could (lightest handguard I could find, lightest collapsible stock, etc.), but the sacrifice is balance.

9.6 ounce carbine buffer tube, with the 5.8 oz Minimalist stock and a standard 3 oz buffer (not counting spring weight) you are looking at 18.4 oz plus your buffer spring.

 

 

I will admit, it is a wee bit expensive...

 

ERGO F93 is a heavy option too if you like the "minimalist" look.
