Palmerston State Armory SNAFU

Recommended Posts

I received my 10.5 9mm AR complete upper today. The FSB was canted and there was rust in the chamber inside and out. I was bummed out. Called customer service, and got through on the second ring. Return label was sent promptly. Only catch was I had to take it to UPS. When I called for pick up they told me it was
$10.51 to pick up at my home. We'll see how the repair goes.

I have been dealing with PSA for years when they only sold ammo. My second bad experience recently. Edited by R1100R

Wow...that is surprising. I purchased a "blem" 5.56 16" upper from them and I couldn't tell where the blem was. I stuck it on a spikes lower and put about 200 rnds through it with no issues. I built the whole thing for less than $500. I also bought a complete AR.308 lower form them for $189. I can't wait to finish that project!

edit... Oh and both of them have better triggers than my $1100.00 Troy defense AR!

One of the upper that I bought from them had a canted FSB. They turned it around in a week, sent me the test target, and a note with my rear sight adjustment. They were spot on.

I believe they will take care of your issues. I am looking forward to hearing how it works out. Good luck.
