Does anybody have hands on experience with one? Found one at a decent price. Some reviews say great gun, some say piece of crap, old ones are bad and new ones are great, new ones are bad old ones great... Just don't want to end up aggravating myself.

What are looking for/at ? I've got an old Marlin Camp Carbine that I got in trade for a GP100 (ouch !)that shoots fine but ejects brass like an SKS on steroids even with a Wolff heavy duty recoil spring.. Got it about 1998 ,AIRC . Have heard about 45 uppers for Glock but haven't seen or shot any..

I've wanted a JR Carbine in 9mm or 45 acp for a while too. Interested to hear some real people's input too.

Looked at them in their booth at the NRA Convention. I was impressed overall with them. But I don't have any real-world experience with them.

They certainly do look interesting, and one in 40 or 45 is on my long gun wish list.
