Sigh...NRA shirt arrest.

The kid needs a haircut, probably did get mouthy, and could have worn a better NRA shirt...but jeez.

That was two years ago, ya know. Judge dismissed charges.

However, there is indeed some recent news regarding it, as the Mom is suing the school:

How do you even find a two year old article on The Blaze?  The blasted pop-ups and ads would shutdown even the most robust computer.

I missed it too when it was first released but in all honesty I would guess that the only person it was offensive to was the teacher. Other students wouldn't pay no or little attention to it...........jmho

The thing that catches my eye the most is in the follow up article about the mother filing a lawsuit.  The WDTV.com website states "an image of a hunting rifle" rather than the normal "assault rifle".  This makes me want to contact the TV station and thank them for not stereotyping a simple semi-auto as an "assault rifle" as so many folks do these days.  Maybe, just maybe, not every news organization out there have their collective heads up their rear ends.

The ones that do will soon change their toon when Barry is through revamping how the news gets reported!
