Help Identifying a Knife

[Bocephus]

Has the letters PAL inside a circle on one side and FABRIQUEEN ALLEMAGNE on the other. Blade length is 4 1/2 inches and overall length is 8 1/4 inches. Leather washer style with thick stag handle. Any info on this knife would be appreciated. I know, I need to learn how to post pictures. I can text pics to anyone who can help.

Well, it says "Made in Germany", in French, if that's any help. ;D

It's made in Germany, that's all I can find with what you provided. Most of the PAL knives I've looked through in a bing search where all made in the USA.

It's an old knife I know that. It belonged to my Grandfather and I'm 52. Guessing it was made in th 40s or 50s.
