I don't know if the 2nd degree assault's a misdemeanor or felony but someone's in a whole heap of trouble. I'm thinking at this point he's been relived of his badge and gun and placed on either administrative or unpaid leave. I'm interested in seeing if it goes to trial or the officer takes a plea but I'd be very surprised to see him retaining his job. I wonder if the worm made him do it? :screwy:

Concur. I see someone looking for another line of work where people won't know or recognize him. I can also visualize a lot of verbal insults too.
