Someone in the Chattanooga area has a Glock 42 for sale on Armslist for $410 with "50 rounds through it" as they say. I don't know who the person is or anything else, but does that sound like a good price? My wife is thinking about one. Has box papers etc...

Maybe, but a LGS recently sold a slightly used one for well under $350.00. I'd think with the release of the 43 one could negotiate a better price for the .380 ACP.

I think you may be correct. I just saw new ones are selling at Academy Sports for $429. Demand must have dropped a bit. Shoulda looked there first I guess. I could still save $40 in taxes and $10 in B/C. I might still take it.

Thanks for the replies. Edited by Randall53

I have no issues with the Glock 42; I have shot one. However, .380 ammo is only slightly more available than 22lr. I mean finding ammo, much less self-defense ammo, is a challenge. I don't think I could justify anything over $400 for a Glock 42, especially since you can find a Shield for that.
