9mm Suppressor Suggestions

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 9mm suppressor and was hoping to get some suggestions from my TGO family.

Anyone with hands-on experience? Preferred makes or models?

I'm hoping to find one in the $500 range and will be using it with a 3rd gen Glock 19 for home defense (and fun at the range).

I'm in a pretty similar situation right now, and I'm taking a long, hard look at the new offerings from Sig after speaking with them ant the NRA show in Nashville.

In reality, it would be nice to have 1 can that could work with most of my firearms (9mm, 5.56, .308 and 7.62 x 39.

That is about your only option if you wish to suppress all the above listed calibers.  Only thing to mention is that it will only handle subsonic 308 so keep that in mind. 

 

Otherwise, I'd take a look at the Octane or Griffin Revolution 9.  The rev 9 can be configured smaller for use on an HD weapon which would come in handy.

Very few decent cans in the $500 range .. a while back Silence Shop had the Tirant 9 for $400 .. steal, cost is over $600.  But I'm sure they're all dried up.

 

I personally like the Octane 9 now .. I have a Rev 9 in transfer and it's a neat can.. they make good stuff, not sure of the price though.  AAC just came out with a modular version too.

 

But Silencerco gets my nod, it is a little larger than the Tirant 9 just FYI.

It's a little more expensive than the $500 you requested, but I've been very happy with my TiRant 9.  Quite pleasant to shoot.

Rev 9 is $580 at silencershop.  The AAC modular can is only in 45, at least for now, and not available at present (to my knowledge.)

 

I did see where silencershop has the new AAC Illusion 9 in stock for $676.

Thanks all. I'm liking the Rev 9 and TiRant 9. 

 

Looks like I need to save up just a little more to get a quality can. I'll post pics once I make a decision and get the ATF Rigmarole taken care of.

Call Cherokee gun and pawn in GA.   They have been selling the Octane 9 (without booster) for 379.  20 dollars shipping puts you at 399.  Add booster for 69 bucks from Silencershop and you are under your 500 dollar limit by 32 bucks.
