This is a 30-06 that has been in the possession of no less than three TGOers this year.

It finally made it home to me about a month and a half ago.

I have it close to finished, I may upgrade the barrel this spring.

I have gotten a few more goodies for the Mauser.

A one-piece tactical base from EGW, and the six point weaver tac rings.

Added a shade + scopelevel to the scope.

Also added a custom tactical bolt handle from Bill Hawks.

The fit and finish is outstanding, better than I expected.

The third leg on the stock is an "original" muley pod, not the POS that caldwell put out.

They're great guns, I have had one in .223 since I was kid, I'll never sell that thing! I actually seriously considered picking that one there up when it was for sale.
