Cheap Ruger LCP $199

Wow I can't believe everybody is running this down. I'll tell us now, if I had the extra cash I would buy a couple of them. Hell the one I have now stays in my pocket & nobody can see it.

The way I look at it it is a great tool no matter what the color.
Maybe it's just me but something to protect me & or my family doesn't need to win a beauty contest in order to do it.

I carried a pink tcp for months because I got it at a heck of a deal. A customer had to have it so I sold it to her and got me a black one. But at the price of that one I'd buy 4 if I had it.

I'm about 99% sure the picture is just "off"

In the description, it says "FDE"

I have a FDE LCP and its a good looking color ~ not anywhere near this weird "salmon" color.

I don't even like the LCP. But I bought two anyway. Can not pass up a deal.

If it were the LCPs, I'd be into it as well. But after shooting one, I can't go back to the first gen on it.

I agree. It looks like it has the older small (almost invisible) sights from the gen 1 design. If it weren't for that I would have purchased a few.

Back when Kel Tec still offered them, folks would order the ivory grip frame for the P3AT and then use RIT dye to make it pretty much whatever color they wanted.  Being that the LCP is a copy of the P3AT, if the color in the OP really were 'correct' (maybe the price is low because the FDE color didn't come out right on this batch) then the RIT dye method would probably work and that color should be light enough that it would be pretty easy to get RIT of it (sorry, couldn't resist) in favor of something darker if one wanted to disassemble the gun and do so.  Just a thought.

I have a friend who bought one of these from Palmetto State Armory about 6 weeks ago when they were $239. I checked his and it was not only darker than the photo, It was a Gen 2 with the no dash serial number and slightly taller sights. Super deal at $199. Got an email today from Palmetto advising that my two have shipped. Probably should have bought four.

You just cost me $600. I sure hope they do have the newer sights, or I'm going to be eating dog food for nothing. ;-)
