bacon is good,  I love it.  Had some thick sliced goodness today.   I love to weave it.  Cut the slices in half, take six slices and weave it.  Perfect for sammiches.  But above all, bake it.  15 minutes at 350 on a non stick cookie sheet.

 

But it is sort of over rated.  It is good and all...

Meh, good bacon is grilled and I still dont know how people can love it. Its alright once in a while, but the rate that people consume it is rather bad.

I love bacon and will go through a family sized package with ease if I keep it around. That in mind I love bacon not bacon flavoring, and I have never felt the need to put bacon on things I don't normally associate with bacon just to be daring. Bacon ice cream and crap like that need to go away so our pork back resources can be put to better uses. Like bacon.

I do like bacon but the obsession over it never really made much sense.
