I found one in an oyster in Panama City one time many years ago. It was about  1/4" oblong shaped. The restaurant said they had seen a few in other customer's oysters but that it was pretty rare.

I found a tiny pearl in an oyster one time back when I was like 11 or 12 . Which makes me think who feeds a kid raw oysters? And what kind of kid eats raw oysters?
