Yawn. There was a time I couldn't wait for the latest Bond film with all of its eye candy and baubles, now I only watch them on tv after network release.

We all know that Hollywood always uses the most flashy and over the top firearms. From Dirty Harry and his .44mag to the over usage of the Desert Eagle, etc. only makes sense to use the double barrel 1911 and we will probably see the double barrel AR in some movie soon.

Although that pic above looks more like a double barrel Beretta 92 or something else but not 1911.

Yay. Daniel Craig bites the dust! Even he can't dodge 2 bullets at once.

YEAH!!! Maybe they will get rid of him and go with someone who knows how to play the real James Bond and not some "dead machine with a loyalty chip"

I take it that some of you guys aren't fans of the new Bond films?

I like the Bond films, it's Daniel Craig I'm not fond of.

Different strokes. I was tired of whole thing, had just become comic book stuff,  but the Craig series revitalized the genre for me.

I will second likin Daniel Craig as bond. I grew up with Brosnan as Bond. I love a bunch of the older ones as well, but I think Craig is great.

I wondered that myself... It will be interesting what it's trying to emulate. And, my first thought was; "single or dual triggers? NFA item or just Siamese twins?"

You also need a Tactical Archer turtleneck and fingerless gloves

YES.

Same boat. I liked Connery, but Brosnan was WAY too pretty boy to be Bond. I think Craig is an excellent Bond.

I think that Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton were the most book accurate Bonds. Dalton has always been a favorite of mine.

I love the Connery bond and even campy Roger Moore movies. Also, the musical score to OHMSS was John Barry's favorite even though it had an unknown actor at the time.

Bond movies weren't like the other Spy Movies.........so what did they do, they made Bond movies like all the other dime a dozen spy movies.  I did break down one weekend and watch all 3 of the new ones, just because it wasn't something I had seen 50 times. Good story lines and I was rooting for the villains the whole time. The only nice thing I can say about Skyfall (bastards blew up the Aston grrr) is that Ralph Fines will make a good M.
