Clown from Lebanon

My wife takes our son to the Rotary park in Lebanon by the airport for soccer since I am at work she always carries. No sign at the entrance then a sign when you are already in? I was trying to do some quick research to see if Lebanon parks were or were not gun free zones. Lowe and behold I came across some artical from 2009 in which this clown was trying to say the entire city should be gun free and no one should have them outside of their home. Tell me this guy is no longer in office. Did I miss something?

I will make a call Monday to find the status of park carry in Lebanon but I just could not believe what I was reading!

Ah the clown a noble profession the power to make someone laugh priceless. In retrospect perhaps Jackwagon would have fit the bill better.
